Job summary

Star Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Coordinator to join our Western Sydney health-sector maintenance project. You will be the central point of contact, coordinating a team of service technicians across multiple sites and liaising with health sector clients to keep critical facilities running safely.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating trades or field service teams, ideally in electrical, facilities or maintenance services.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities under pressure.
• Confident, clear communicator—comfortable liaising directly with clients and technicians alike.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the team of electrical service technicians across multiple sites.
• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive/emergency works.
• Liaise directly with health sector clients, keeping them informed on job status and outcomes.
• Manage job workflows, work orders and compliance documentation.
• Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure work is completed on time and to standard.
• Support technicians with resourcing and access issues as they arise.
• Work closely with the Account Manager and technical team to keep the contract running smoothly.
• Standard business hours, with flexibility for occasional after-hours coordination during urgent works.
