ACCIONA is delivering the Binduli Reservoir project in Western Australia, seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support field teams. You will advise on risk controls, lead inspections, and drive incident prevention on site using a FIFO roster.

You will work with supervisors and crews to strengthen safety leadership and ensure compliance with ACCIONA, client, and legislative requirements on a major regional infrastructure project.

Formación

• Proven site-based health and safety experience.
• Experience in civil or infrastructure construction.
• Clear and effective communication with crews and leaders.

Project Information

The Binduli Reservoir project delivers new water storage infrastructure for the Kalgoorlie region in Western Australia. You will join the ACCIONA Infrastructure team responsible for its construction, contributing directly to long-term water security and a more reliable supply for the local community and surrounding Goldfields region.

About the Opportunity

As Health & Safety Advisor on the Binduli Reservoir project, you will help the site team plan and deliver work safely. You will advise supervisors and crews on risk controls, lead field inspections, and support incident prevention and investigation. Working a FIFO roster, you will be on site where decisions are made, with direct influence over how the team works each day. This role suits an advisor who wants to build a strong track record on a live regional infrastructure project and grow within ACCIONA's Infrastructure business.

Key accountabilities for the position will be:
