Job summary

ACCIONA is delivering the Binduli Reservoir project in Western Australia, seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support field teams. You will advise on risk controls, lead inspections, and drive incident prevention on site using a FIFO roster.

You will work with supervisors and crews to strengthen safety leadership and ensure compliance with ACCIONA, client, and legislative requirements on a major regional infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Proven site-based health and safety experience.
• Experience in civil or infrastructure construction.
• Clear and effective communication with crews and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Advise site teams on risk controls and safe work methods.
• Lead field inspections and verify controls are in place.
• Support incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions.
• Coach supervisors and crews to build safety leadership on site.
• Monitor compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Support inductions and toolbox talks.
• Report safety performance and trends to project leadership.
