Job summary

ACCIONA Infrastructure invites applications for a Senior Project Engineer on the Binduli Reservoir project in Western Australia. You will own civil work packages across concrete, earthworks and structural scopes and report to the Project Manager.

You will lead technical delivery on site, resolve complex challenges, coordinate subcontractors and resources, and mentor site engineers while supporting safety, quality and program goals on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Kalgoorlie.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Construction Induction (White) Card at all times.
• Degree in civil engineering preferred but not essential.
• Proven experience in site-based construction roles.

• Guide technical solutions and resolve complex site challenges daily.

The Binduli Reservoir project delivers new water storage infrastructure for the Kalgoorlie region in Western Australia. You will join the ACCIONA Infrastructure team responsible for its construction, contributing directly to long‑term water security and a more reliable supply for the local community and surrounding Goldfields region.

About the Opportunity

As Senior Project Engineer on the Binduli Reservoir project, you will report to the Project Manager and take senior ownership of civil work packages across concrete, earthworks and structural scopes. You will guide technical delivery, resolve complex site challenges, and support the broader project team in meeting program, quality and safety outcomes. Working a 2&1 FIFO roster from Kalgoorlie, you will gain genuine exposure to a major regional water infrastructure project and build your engineering career within ACCIONA's growing Infrastructure business.

Required Skills and Competencies

What capability and experience will you need to have:

• Hold a current Construction Induction (White) Card at all times.
• Hold a degree in civil engineering, preferred but not essential.
• Bring proven experience within a site-based construction role.
