Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking a Health Concierge Team Leader - Clinical to lead a virtual team delivering triage, scheduling and workforce planning for integrated care. This permanent full-time, hybrid role is based in Sydney, NSW, with three days at Parramatta and two days from home.

You will oversee clinical referral assessments, scheduling, and efficient rostering, driving value while maintaining quality care.

Qualifications

• Hold tertiary qualifications in allied health or nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Significant experience in clinical operations and workforce management.
• Data-focused, process-driven mindset with a track record of efficiency gains.
• Strong leadership ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
• Ability to balance customer needs with optimising service delivery.

About the Role

Across Home Health, we’re transforming the way we work in local communities to improve health and care outcomes. As the Health Concierge Team Leader - Clinical, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver personalised and integrated care. Leading a virtual team, you’ll ensure efficient triaging, scheduling, and workforce planning to enhance the delivery of high-quality allied health and nursing services.

This is a permanent full-time, hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with a requirement to work three days per week from our Parramatta office and two days from home.
