Australian Unity is seeking a Health Concierge Team Leader - Clinical to join our West Perth, WA team. This permanent full-time, hybrid role leads a virtual team to manage triaging, scheduling, and workforce planning to deliver high-quality allied health and nursing services.

This role oversees intake, clinical referral assessments, and rostering, driving data‑driven workforce optimization while maintaining compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Hold tertiary qualifications in allied health or nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Significant experience in clinical operations and workforce management.
• Data-focused, process-driven, and able to identify efficiency gains.
• Strong leadership skills to guide a high-performing team.
• Balance customer needs with optimizing service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer intake, triaging, and clinical referral assessment.
