Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Health Club Coordinator in Portland to manage daily operations of the health club, group fitness classes and personal training programs. You will lead a professional fitness team, enhance member experience and drive program occupancy.

You will be responsible for staff rostering, timetable programming, attendance reporting and safe, compliant gym operations, while delivering exceptional customer service and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Leadership of a fitness team to achieve targets.
• Experience in planning and delivering group fitness programs.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication with members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operation of the health club, group fitness and personal training programs.
• Provide leadership and direction to a passionate fitness team.
• Identify opportunities for new programs to maximise occupancy and growth.
• Deliver quality gym programs to patrons to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain safe and well‑running health and fitness programs within guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is safe and maintained.
• Monitor NPS and KPI scores and act on feedback.
• Uphold Belgravia Leisure values in daily operations.
