Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Health Club Coordinator at the Portland Leisure and Aquatic Centre in VIC to lead the daily operations of the health club, group fitness and personal training programs. You will guide a passionate fitness team, drive member engagement and implement new programs to grow participation.

You should bring leadership experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset; 2+ years in health and fitness preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in health and fitness.
• Proven leadership in a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff rostering within budget.
• Group Fitness Timetable programming.
• Total attendance reporting – PT, group fitness and casual attendance.
• Member engagement on the gym floor.
• Coordinate and deliver the functional gym floor group training program.
• Manage safe and efficient health and fitness programs within legislative guidelines.
• Ensure all health club and group fitness equipment is in safe working order at all times.
• Maintain NPS and mystery shop scores in line with KPIs adopted by Belgravia Leisure.
