• 2–4 years’ experience in a sales, SDR, inside sales or phone-based role.
• Confident, articulate communicator with strong objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working toward structured activity and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: conduct structured discovery calls, explain programs and pricing, handle objections, convert leads to booked appointments, maintain CRM records, follow up warm leads.
• Outbound: identify target corporate accounts, conduct outbound calls, qualify opportunities, book meetings for senior sales team, build an outbound pipeline, track activity and metrics.
