Health and Security Assistant – Protect and Support Our Rural Community
Are you dedicated to ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors?
At Southern, our Health and Security Assistants play a vital role in maintaining safety and order across our facilities. You’ll be the frontline in protecting our community’s health and wellbeing in a supportive rural setting.
You will form part of our multi-disciplinary care team, supporting the delivery of safe, patient centred care to a diverse population. This role works under the guidance of clinical staff providing general assistance in wards, portering patients within the facility/campus, undertaking cleaning duties and security duties as required under the direction of clinical staff.
