Position Information

Epping Boys High School is a proudly comprehensive high school for boys with an enrolment of over 1550. A Middle School and Senior School structure recognises and enhances the learning and wellbeing needs of all students and is complemented by the Boys to Men Program which engages boys in learning, promotes wellbeing and builds young men who are connected to their community. Specific Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated capacity and successful experience in developing and overseeing online administration software such as Edval, Sentral, SAP and schoolbytes, to allow for the management of school staffing and day to day operation of the school.
• High level organisational, communication and proven problem-solving skills to manage whole school events, assessment schedules and programs.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead data informed practice and work collaboratively as a productive member of the school executive team to implement whole-school improvement processes that support the school's strategic directions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to sustain quality relationships and support a committed executive team in maintaining high academic, social and cultural expectations across the school and community.
