Qualifications

• Experience leading hands stepping up to a CPC Junior Manager role.
• Proven horse riding and handling ability.
• Current and valid manual driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead station hands across livestock activities (mustering, drafting, processing, trucking).
• Provide direction, supervision and training with the Station Manager.
• Promote low-stress handling and animal welfare best practices.
• Record cattle numbers and maintain livestock records.
• Assist with fence maintenance and basic vehicle/machine repairs.
