Job summary

The Sporting Globe is seeking hard-working chefs for our Perth venues, including Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie roles in a high-volume kitchen. You will prepare and deliver top-quality meals, follow our recipes, and ensure fast, consistent service while upholding strict hygiene standards.

Salary ranges from AUD 70,000 to AUD 90,000 per year, with bonus opportunities. This is a full-time, in-person role at our Perth locations, requiring a diploma and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• Diploma qualification in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all meals are cooked The Sporting Globe Way.
• Follow national recipes and plating guides.
• Serve meals quickly while maintaining top quality.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
