Job summary

Morse Micro is seeking a Logistics & Operations Specialist to own end-to-end logistics for our Sydney head office. This role is the single point of accountability for everything that moves in and out, including shipments, inbound materials, internal transfers and high‑value RF equipment.

You will hands-on manage warehousing tasks and be analytical at the desk, configuring NetSuite and negotiating freight rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance procedures, Incoterms and HS code classification.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory and order transactions.
• Comfortable with physical duties: goods receiving, picking/packing, put-away and stocktakes.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to autonomously own on-site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics for the Sydney head office, including shipments and inbound goods.
• Manage outbound and internal transfers, customs, freight, and carrier relationships.
• Configure ERP systems (NetSuite) and automate logistics processes.
• Analyse shipping data to identify cost savings and service improvements.
• Coordinate inter-site distribution and capital equipment logistics.
