The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry seeks an experienced leader to join as Manager, Workplace Relations and Wellbeing Services. Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide people and operational leadership for the Workplace Relations and Wellbeing team, translating strategic priorities into practical plans and driving governance, performance insight and continuous improvement.

• Experience leading teams in professional services, advisory, membership or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of workplace relations and workplace safety policy.
• Experience developing policy positions, submissions or advocacy materials.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with demonstrated project, program or partnership management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
• Highly developed written communication and judgement.
