The role

We’re looking for a Head of Technical and Project Delivery to lead how our systems are designed, scoped, and delivered. This role combines strong technical understanding with project delivery leadership. You will provide the technical support needed to shape solutions from customer enquiries through to final delivery.

This role works with engineering, sales, and projects, ensuring consistency between what is proposed and what is delivered.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading how systems are designed, scoped, and delivered
• Supporting sales with technical input across enquiries, tenders, and solution design
• Delivering energy infrastructure projects end-to-end
• Building and leading a high-performing multidisciplinary team
• Establishing delivery standards, governance, and risk management
• Driving continuous improvement across delivery and engineering
