Job summary

Harding & Drougas is seeking a commercially minded supply chain leader to balance stock availability with disciplined investment. You will lead purchasing, replenishment, demand planning and inventory management across a broad product range.

You will partner with product managers and sales teams to align purchasing with demand and commercial priorities, develop the team, and improve performance across 14 distribution centres and international supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supply chain teams in distribution or importing.
• Proven improvements in inventory performance and planning.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable decisions and to manage supplier lead times.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, replenishment, demand planning and inventory management.
• Improve stock availability while reducing excess inventory and working capital.
• Strengthen forecasting and planning across a broad product range sourced internationally.
• Partner with product managers and sales teams to align purchasing decisions with demand and commercial priorities.
• Support decisions around product range, stock positioning and the national distribution footprint.
