Job summary

Hastings Deering is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain Planning to lead enterprise planning, inventory and replenishment across a large distribution network. You will shape demand forecasting, planning maturity and working capital strategies while collaborating with Caterpillar and cross-functional leaders.

You will develop people, processes and systems to strengthen planning capability and enable critical business decisions with data-driven insights and scenario analysis.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in supply chain planning, forecasting and inventory management.
• Experience leading planning and replenishment in a large or complex organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning across supply planning, forecasting, inventory optimisation and replenishment.
• Develop and enhance enterprise planning capability, processes and systems.
• Provide executives with insights, scenarios and recommendations.
• Build and mentor high performing planning and replenishment teams.
