Qualifications

• Experience in AOD service delivery and program management.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of harm minimisation and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of relevant AOD legislation and standards.
• Experience with program evaluation and quality improvement.
• Desirable understanding of offender reintegration context.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of AOD and wellbeing programs.
• Develop lived experience strategy and volunteer program at RCC.
• Ensure programs are evidence-based, client-centred, and responsive to population needs.
• Provide supervision and guidance to senior staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with community stakeholders to promote rehabilitative outcomes.
