Qualifications

• Approval to teach students and/or demonstrated successful experience with Emotional Disturbance or Mild or Moderate Intellectual Disability or Autism.
• Enthusiastic, proactive leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire staff, students, parents and the wider community.
• Capacity to establish and resource inclusive learning environments, including planning and implementing accessible educational spaces that are age appropriate and meet the diverse learning, wellbeing and support needs of students with disability.
• Proven capacity to build staff capability in the development, implementation and review of individualised learning, behaviour, wellbeing and transition plans, with a strong understanding of Life Skills for students with disability, while promoting high expectations and positive student outcomes.
