Qualifications

• Applicants must satisfy the teacher training and academic qualification requirements for this position.
• In addition to the general selection criteria, approvals to teach students with Emotional Disturbance, or Mild/Moderate Intellectual Disability, or Autism are required.
• Demonstrated leadership with interpersonal and communication skills to engage staff, students, parents and the wider community.
• Ability to establish inclusive learning environments and accessible spaces for students with disability.
• Proven capacity to develop, implement and review individualised learning, behaviour, wellbeing and transition plans; strong Life Skills knowledge for students with disability; promote high expectations and positive outcomes.
