Job summary

Cowra High School in rural New South Wales is seeking an Inclusive Education teacher to join a dynamic team modelling inclusive practice across the school. The role supports students with mild/moderate intellectual difficulties, autism, and mental health needs as part of the school’s Support Unit.

Applicants must have approval to teach Inclusive Education and demonstrate the ability to develop personalised programs, work collaboratively, and foster inclusive learning environments for a diverse

Qualifications

• Approval to teach Inclusive Education (Special Education) and/or experience with Autism Spectrum, Mild/Moderate Intellectual Disability, and Mental Health diagnoses.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective teaching programs for diverse abilities.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment with strong interpersonal skills.
