Brigidine College Randwick, part of Sydney Catholic Schools, seeks a Head of Science Department (Coordinator 2) to lead science teaching across Chemistry and Physics. The role is a 2-point promotional position, temporary up to 3 years, while the teaching position remains full-time and permanent.

You will inspire students in a Catholic learning environment, bring a tertiary Education qualification and NESA accreditation, and support professional learning with competitive remuneration and benefits.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Science with Chemistry and Physics advantageous.
• Strong classroom management and student well-being focus.
• Ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences.
• A tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.
• Religious Education qualifications or willingness to achieve them per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
