The Perth Mint is seeking a Manager Marketing Programs to join our Marketing & Communications team on a permanent full-time basis, with an immediate start available and based in our East Perth office.

You will be a strong marketing leader who translates strategy into action, leading customer-focused programs that drive engagement, conversion and retention, while partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer focused marketing programs that drive engagement, conversion and retention, while partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.
• Lead both B2C and B2B marketing activity, working across product, digital, brand and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns that create impact.
• Develop capability within the team, foster collaboration, and help shape the future direction of our marketing programs.
• Inspire, coach and develop others to build a high performing, collaborative culture.
