Job summary

Sparkrock, a 100% remote software organization, seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to own the P&L for a $3–5M portfolio and lead ERP/SaaS implementations. You’ll shape delivery approaches and ensure profitable engagements for social benefit clients.

You will manage a diverse team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers, drive customer satisfaction, and partner with Sales to scope and price engagements while maintaining healthy margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or similar roles within software/technology.
• 3-5 years in a leadership/management position in Professional Services.
• Experience overseeing P&L and book of business with revenues up to 3-5M dollars.
• Proven track record turning loss positions into profitable businesses.
• Hands-on leadership of ERP/SaaS delivery, owning escalations with customers.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering to challenge scope and priorities.
• Delivery management of ERP/SaaS implementations on short cycles; client relationship management.
• Financial budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Based in Canada with eligibility to work, travel 15–20% and overlapping EST/CST/PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and book-of-business performance for a $3–5M portfolio, driving budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
• Oversee delivery quality across ERP/SaaS implementations, aligning with customer needs over strict methodologies.
• Lead and develop a diverse Professional Services team of consultants, analysts, and managers.
• Act as senior escalation point for key customers, protecting long-term account health.
• Balance resources across engagements to optimize delivery capacity and margin.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation for client outcomes and business performance.
• Partner with Sales on scoping, pricing, and positioning of new engagements.
• Drive process improvements across the delivery lifecycle and prioritize roadmaps.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support.
