ACCIONA Energía in Australia seeks a General Manager Portfolio & Analytics to establish and lead a sophisticated portfolio analytics, valuation and market risk function that informs major decisions on hedging, offtake, acquisitions, developments and investment strategy.

You will be the trusted expert presenting insights and recommendations to executives, boards, counterparties and senior stakeholders in Australia and Spain.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in energy markets, portfolio management or market risk in renewables.
• Deep knowledge of wholesale electricity markets and revenue drivers.
• Strong analytical and modelling capabilities with Excel and coding skills.
• Experience building reporting, valuation or risk management frameworks.
• Ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders with clear recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Define the market view underpinning pricing, valuation and investment decisions.
• Build a best-practice portfolio analytics and risk management function.
• Lead forecasting, valuation and scenario modelling across the renewable portfolio.
• Provide trusted advice on offtake, hedging, acquisitions and new developments.
• Influence executive and Board decisions with evidence-based insights.
• Develop tools and systems to support a growing business.
