The role focuses on delivering engineering outcomes for wind, solar and energy infrastructure projects, ensuring governance, safety and best practices while mentoring engineers and coordinating consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering and eligibility for Chartered/Registered Engineer status.
• 10+ years of civil engineering design, technical assurance or construction experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Civil Engineering team with technical leadership and mentorship.
• Oversee delivery and review of civil engineering activities across development, design, procurement and construction.
• Provide technical governance, design reviews and project deliverables across wind, solar and energy infra.
• Coordinate engineers, consultants and contractors across multidisciplinary teams.
• Support construction and operations with technical guidance and asset improvement initiatives.
