Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum, teaching and learning of the Arts faculty to deliver quality outcomes for all students
• Track and monitor student academic progress across year levels
• Set high standards for student and staff performance
• Ensure compliance of internal documents related to VET qualifications and build staff capability in this area
• Develop partnerships with students, parents, external providers and the wider college community
• Provide strategic leadership to foster a vibrant Arts culture across the college with performances, events and industry-linked opportunities
