Head of Performance, Rewards and Insights

Our client is a leading professional services organisation with a strong market reputation and an ambitious transformation agenda. With a recently restructured People Services function, the organisation is investing in contemporary people practices, technology and data to enhance business performance.

This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape a function, introduce fresh thinking and make a meaningful impact.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director, People Services, you will lead the newly established Performance, Reward & Insights function, bringing together three critical areas under one leader for the first time.

Leading two experienced professionals, you will develop an integrated approach to performance, reward and workforce insights. Your remit will include evolving reward and incentive frameworks, strengthening the connection between performance and talent, and building a more sophisticated people insights capability.

With significant initiatives already underway, you will help shape job architecture, skills-based approaches and predictive workforce analytics, while exploring how technology and AI can modernise people practices.

This is an opportunity to build rather than simply maintain, with the mandate to introduce contemporary thinking and establish a function that delivers meaningful commercial value.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will bring strong technical foundations in reward, combined with the commercial acumen, curiosity and leadership capability to take on a broader portfolio.

You may already be operating in a senior leadership role or be a high-potential reward professional ready to step up. Experience across remuneration, incentives, benchmarking and reward strategy will be important, alongside an interest in performance, workforce analytics and AI.

A credible and collaborative influencer, you will be comfortable challenging established thinking, navigating ambiguity and driving change. You will balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, bringing clarity and prioritisation to an ambitious agenda.

Experience gained in a commercially focused environment is welcomed, including outside professional services.
