LK Property Group Holdings is seeking a Marketing Manager to build a digital marketing engine across a diverse portfolio. You will lead performance marketing and embed AI into workflows, reporting directly to the CEO with clear, data-driven strategies.

You will manage campaigns across paid and owned channels, drive email marketing via Klaviyo, and ensure brand coherence while lifting output quality and speed through AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading performance marketing initiatives across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI tools within a marketing function.
• Proven ability to design and optimise email sequences using Klaviyo.
• Proficient with AI-driven ad tools (Performance Max, Meta Advantage) and related platforms.

• Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across the portfolio with a data-first mindset.
• Lead AI implementation across marketing workflows and reporting.
• Design and optimise Klaviyo email sequences; run test/learn iterations.
• Utilise AI tools to improve efficiency while preserving brand integrity.
• Deliver regular performance reporting to executives and stakeholders.
• Maintain a group-wide marketing calendar with data-driven visibility.
