Job summary

Mable is seeking a commercially minded People leader to evolve our People Operations, HR Services and HR Technology functions. You will sit with the People & Culture leadership team to design a modern, scalable operating model that delivers exceptional employee experiences while supporting growth and transformation.

This hybrid role focuses on governance, analytics, automation and continuous improvement, partnering with Legal and the General Manager to ensure compliant, data-driven workforce

Qualifications

• Experience leading People Operations, HR Services or HR Shared Services.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with migration or integration projects.
• Strong Excel and data analytics for executive reporting.
• Direct people-leadership experience in a People function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the People Operations and Technology roadmap.
• Lead and mature people services and shared services capabilities.
• Drive process simplification, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Enhance people systems, reporting and workforce data capabilities.
• Partner with senior leaders to improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Build a high-performing team and foster continuous improvement.
