Job summary

Zoos Victoria is seeking a Director People Experience to lead the organisation's people, culture, safety and organisational development agenda. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape how People Experience operates and support strategic priorities.

You will advise the CEO and Executive Team on people matters, manage enterprise bargaining, capability, remuneration and HR systems while strengthening a safe, compassionate and high performing culture across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with broad generalist experience across industrial relations.
• Experience in government or statutory authorities is highly regarded.
• Strong strategic advisory capability and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Experience function and set the agenda for culture, safety and capability.
• Advise the CEO, Board and Executive on people matters including enterprise bargaining.
• Drive organisational change and risk management to support strategic priorities.
• Build a safe, inclusive and high-performing culture aligned to purpose.
