The Company is seeking a Head of People & Culture to lead the strategic development and execution of the people agenda. This pivotal role involves shaping and evolving the current people and culture framework to support the business's growth, building and implementing fit-for-purpose frameworks across various HR functions, and partnering with the leadership team to enhance capability and foster a high-performing culture. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, balancing the need for structure and accountability with the preservation of the entrepreneurial culture that has contributed to the company's success.

The ideal candidate for the Head of People & Culture position at the company will be an experienced leader in the field, with a proven track record of building and scaling people frameworks within a growing organization. While experience in FMCG, food, or manufacturing environments is valued, the ability to support growth and organizational scale is of paramount importance.
