Job summary

Cricket NSW is seeking a Head of Partnerships to drive growth across the Sixers, Thunder and CNSW portfolio. You will oversee partnership health, deliver revenue, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic sports environment.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will guide activations, manage rights delivery, and ensure governance and compliance across the organisation while delivering outstanding partner value and fan experiences.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in partnership management, sponsorship servicing or senior account management.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of sponsorship rights, contractual obligations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partnership health by building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring objectives are met.
• Deliver and grow partnership revenue through exceptional customer focus and rights delivery.
• Lead and develop the partnerships team by setting service standards and coaching staff.
• Lead renewal planning and negotiations in consultation with the Chief Commercial Officer.
• Guide development and delivery of activations and campaigns to meet partner objectives and club priorities.
• Oversee partnership governance and ensure consistent delivery across the organisation.
