Job summary

Cricket NSW is seeking a Participation Growth Officer to engage schools, families and communities across NSW to grow cricket participation.

You will coordinate end-to-end delivery of Cricket NSW participation programs including Blast, School, Holiday and other experiences, and develop new opportunities.

You will lead a small casual workforce in your region and report to the Participation Growth Manager, with a focus on delivering memorable participant experiences.

Qualifications

• A proactive, growth-focused mindset enabling identification of new opportunities and turning them into outcomes.
• Strong administrative, organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current driver's license and working with children check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with schools, community groups and local stakeholders to grow cricket participation.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Cricket NSW participation programs including Blast, School, Holiday and other experiences.
• Develop new program opportunities and lead the promotion and planning to ensure a high-quality participant experience.
• Lead a small casual workforce within your designated region to deliver cricket programs.
