Join the Sydney Swans as Commercial Partnerships Manager to deliver exceptional value to corporate partners. You will manage relationships, develop activation plans and lead digital strategies across club channels.

Required is sponsorship account management experience in sports, plus bachelor-level studies in Sports Management or Marketing. Flexible hours and a dynamic, team-driven culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven sponsorship account management experience in sports (3+ years).
• Desirable tertiary education in Sports Management/Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience developing integrated digital/activation campaigns for commercial outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, client-focused and collaborative approach.
• Budget management and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of Sydney Swans partners.
• Develop activation plans to maximise partner value.
• Lead digital activation strategies across club platforms.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to partners.
• Drive revenue growth through renewals and new opportunities.
• Represent the Swans brand and values in partner activations.
