Job summary

KBH Solutions on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced manager to lead operational delivery, drive service quality and develop workforce capability in a growing finance organisation.

You will work closely with the MD and team leaders to connect people, performance and day-to-day delivery, turning commitments into action with a practical, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Financial services experience.
• Coaching leaders and frontline employees to improve performance.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with process improvement, automation and AI-enabled change.
• Hands-on leadership style reviewing customer calls or workflows.
• Resilience and good judgement in a fast-moving, growing business.
• Police Check required.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, development and retention
• Manage performance, conduct and workplace matters fairly and confidently
• Support workforce planning and organisational structure as the business grows
• Champion continuous improvement, automation and AI-enabled change
• Help embed automation, AI and new technologies across the business.

The Role:

Working closely with the Managing Director and team leaders you will connect people, performance and day‑to‑day delivery. Your focus will be understanding results, identifying what is and isn’t working, coaching leaders, resolving issues quickly and ensuring commitments turn into action.
