Rehoboth is inviting applications for the Head of Learning Area – Music, a full-time leadership role located at the Kenwick campus in Western Australia. The position centers on shaping a Christ-centred, developmentally appropriate music program across Years 7–12 and mentoring teachers and instrumental tutors.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold or obtain a TRBWA registration.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Must be willing to obtain a Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Music Learning Area across the Secondary Campus in Kenwick, WA.
• Oversee curriculum design and implementation for Years 7–12 with a Christ-centered framework.
• Supervise teachers, provide professional development, and manage performance and planning.
• Oversee the Instrumental Music Program, tutors, appointments, induction, scheduling and student progress.
• Develop a whole-College vision for Music and support music events and performances.
