Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Education with leadership experience in English
- Strong curriculum, assessment and teaching practice knowledge
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop staff
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership of the English Learning Area for Years 7–12
- Lead curriculum planning, assessment and pedagogy aligned with WA Curriculum and SCSA
- Develop and support staff professional capacity through mentoring and coaching
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Uphold the College’s Christian mission and statements of faith in practice
- Ensure compliance and effective stewardship of resources and budgets
