Job summary

Ericsson’s Antenna System seeks a proven leader to head MA Asia (MOAI and MNEA) EAS, with P&L responsibility for mobile antennas and filters. You will report to the Head of EAS in Rosenheim, Germany, and guide strategic decisions across the Asian market.

This global role requires deep customer insight, strong leadership and the ability to manage multinational accounts, build partnerships, and drive profitable growth through cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry and 4-7 years in an international leadership position.
• Extensive experience in handling large accounts with a global / multi-national customer base.

Responsibilities

• Drive the EAS strategy for the responsible region, translating market needs, industry trends and innovation requirements into business strategies, growth plans and action plans.
• Have the profit and loss responsibility for the product lines mobile communication antennas and filters in the region.
• Manage the sales territory of Asia for EAS including business development.
• Establish co-operations and partnerships with customers in order to fuel strategic regional growth.
• Collaborate and work together with Market Area domain organization and customer units.
• Conduct annual business planning and target setting.

Head of MA Asia EAS - Ericsson Antenna System

We are now looking for the Head of Head of MA Asia (MOAI and MNEA) EAS– Ericsson Antenna System and you will be part of our Leadership Team. You will report directly to our Head of EAS into the headquarter Rosenheim, Germany. Through strategic & critical thinking, business development and management of our resources you will enable a profitable business for Ericsson. This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers’ business, the market, operations and objectives. You will be responsible for the EAS business in the Asian market with profit and loss responsibility, customer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital. We are searching for an ambitious and strong leader for one of our main markets, that will act confident and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making our customers successful.

What you will do:
