Job summary

InStitchu Perth is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Perth CBD showroom with energy and a passion for luxury retail. You’ll coach Stylists, drive sales, and ensure a premium customer experience from consultation to garment collection.

As a commercially minded leader, you’ll manage day-to-day showroom operations, build long-term client relationships, and coach your team to hit KPI targets in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a retail or hospitality team.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong KPI interpretation and performance analysis.
• Attention to detail and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Stylists to meet individual and showroom targets.
• Drive sales performance, KPIs, conversion and customer retention.
• Create a premium, personalised experience from consultation to garment collection.
• Build long-term client relationships and proactive follow-up.
• Manage showroom operations, presentation and daily administration.
• Oversee appointments, measurements and order processing.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to sustain a high-performance culture.
