You will guide development of services, strengthen capabilities and foster a culture of scientific excellence and collaboration across northern Australia.

Qualifications

• Senior academic with a PhD and extensive laboratory/genomics experience.
• Proven success in leading teams, setting strategy and mentoring researchers and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of laboratory services across the organisation.
• Guide ongoing development of laboratory services and strengthen research capability.
• Support researchers to ensure laboratory activities are rigorous, integrated and aligned with priorities.
