Challenger Limited is seeking a high-calibre Head of Investment Strategy to lead the insurance and asset-management investment agenda in Sydney. You will drive strategic asset allocation, liability-aware investing, and portfolio optimisation to support returns, liquidity and policyholder obligations.

Applicants should bring senior experience, proven leadership, and a track record influencing executive committee and Board decisions. Hybrid work is offered in a central Sydney setting.

Qualifications

• Senior investment professional with liability-aware investing experience.
• Experience shaping strategy and presenting to boards and committees.
• Strong understanding of capital, liquidity, and accounting impacts.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and maintenance of investment strategy for insurance balance sheets.
• Oversee strategic asset allocation and liability-aware portfolio construction.
• Provide investment advice to senior management, Boards and committees.
• Translate corporate objectives and regulatory constraints into portfolio actions.
