• Significant senior experience in institutional investment strategy or portfolio construction.
• Deep expertise in insurance and liability-aware investing with capital and liquidity awareness.
• Ability to translate strategy into multi-asset portfolio construction and implementation priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for governance forums and boards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and review of investment strategies and strategic asset allocations for insurance balance sheets and portfolios.
• Set strategic portfolio objectives, risk budgets, and implementation parameters for cashflow-matching and surplus portfolios.
• Provide objective investment advice to senior management, Boards and investment committees; develop papers and recommendations.
• Translate strategic asset allocation into robust portfolio construction parameters and deployment priorities.
• Oversee pricing and development of investment products considering liability origination and capital management.
