City of Fremantle invites a seasoned Living and Work Services Manager to lead the Infrastructure Project Delivery and Buildings and Facilities teams in Perth Metro. This leadership role focuses on delivering capital projects, optimizing maintenance programs, and driving community-focused design.

You will advance environmental initiatives, manage contracts and consultants, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while promoting digital improvement and excellent service delivery across

Qualifications

Tertiary technical qualification in building/engineering or equivalent.
Advanced knowledge of building/facilities management and lifecycle planning.
Extensive experience delivering infrastructure projects and budget management.

Responsibilities

Lead capital portfolio and PM framework to deliver quality projects.
Develop facilities management across city assets; implement programmed works.
Deliver environmental and sustainability initiatives in planning and delivery.
Manage consultants, contractors, staff, tender processes and contracts.
Build stakeholder relationships and proactive communication to support outcomes.
