Job summary

Green by Nature AU seeks an experienced HSEQ transformation leader to drive a cross‑country reform of the HSEQ function for AU and NZ. You will expand team roles to include Environment and Quality with Safety, and implement a single AU/NZ HSEQ governance model ahead of the 2027 ISO reaccreditation.

You will review current structures, lift capability, and ensure readiness of documentation and practices for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 across the groups.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading ISO 9001/14001/45001 implementation or reaccreditation.
• Strong governance experience across multiple countries (AU/NZ preferred).
• Proven ability to reorganise teams and standardise processes while maintaining field delivery.

Role Overview

Reporting to the CPO, you will lead the transformation of our HSEQ function across AU and NZ. You'll review and broaden team roles to cover Environment and Quality alongside Safety, implement an aligned HSEQ governance model across both countries, and prepare the organisation for 2027 ISO reaccreditation across the applicable editions of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

Key deliverables of the role include:

• Review and broaden role responsibilities: assess the current team's scope and ways of operating, and lift capability across the existing AU and NZ teams to cover Environment and Quality alongside Safety.
• Improve HSEQ systems and documentation and capability: strengthen Environment and Quality systems and documentation
• Maintain certification: ensure the appropriatepractices and documentation is ready and close audit findings to prepare the organisation for 2027 reaccreditation of the applicable editions of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Set one standard: stand up one consistent AU/NZ HSEQ model, without losing local delivery or field proximity.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced HSEQ transformation leader with genuine ISO governance experience, who can:

• Review and broaden team roles to improve HSEQ systems, documentation and capability, with a strong focus on Environment and Quality.
• Lead a function through restructuring and standardisation, without losing field trust.
• Operate confidently across AU and NZ, balancing one enterprise standard with local delivery.

You will have:

• 10+ years leading the applicable editions of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 through certification or reaccreditation audits, preferably trans-Tasman. Lead Auditor qualification highly desirable.
