Job summary

Green by Nature AU seeks an experienced HSEQ transformation leader to drive a cross‑country reform of the HSEQ function for AU and NZ. You will expand team roles to include Environment and Quality with Safety, and implement a single AU/NZ HSEQ governance model ahead of the 2027 ISO reaccreditation.

You will review current structures, lift capability, and ensure readiness of documentation and practices for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 across the groups.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading ISO 9001/14001/45001 implementation or reaccreditation.
• Strong governance experience across multiple countries (AU/NZ preferred).
• Proven ability to reorganise teams and standardise processes while maintaining field delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the HSEQ function across AU/NZ.
• Review and broaden team roles to cover Environment and Quality alongside Safety.
• Implement a unified AU/NZ HSEQ governance model for 2027 ISO reaccreditation.
• Prepare documentation and practices for ISO 9001/14001/45001 reaccreditation.
