The San Telmo Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and harden our people operations across six venues. This hands-on role reports to the Group Operations Manager and interacts with Directors to optimise recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance and staff engagement.

You will own the Group's HR function, drive payroll, employee relations and performance management, while shaping workplace culture and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in multi-site hospitality or service sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Work, Awards, NES and payroll compliance.
• Experience leading and owning a Group-wide HR function.

Responsabilités

• Lead and partner with venue leaders to manage payroll, OHS, recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, appraisal and leadership development programs.
• Manage employee relations, workplace investigations and regulatory compliance.
• Own HRIS and payroll data reporting, with actionable insights for Directors.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and staff engagement.
