Job summary

Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN in Springfield QLD is seeking an accomplished Director to lead the PHN’s Insights & Intelligence functions, shaping the data strategy to inform commissioning, population health planning and performance improvement.

You will lead a high‑performing team, govern clinical, population health and performance datasets, ensure privacy and ethical use of data and AI, and partner with executives, boards and regional health partners to drive system‑wide change.

Qualifications

Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and organisational intelligence functions.
Experience translating data into strategic planning and decision-making.
Engagement with senior executives, Boards and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security and ethical AI use.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics, reporting and intelligence services to support commissioning and service planning.
Oversee clinical, population health and performance datasets management and quality.
Ensure intelligence products enable performance monitoring and improvement.
Build and lead a high-performing Data, Insights & Intelligence team.
Govern data governance, privacy and information management practices.
Develop partnerships across the regional health ecosystem.
Champion data sharing and collaborative planning approaches.
