Job summary

The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) is seeking an accomplished Director, Data & Analytics to lead its Health Intelligence function and realise greater value from data across clinical, operational and research settings.

Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, this role will shape and execute RMH’s data and analytics strategy, strengthen governance and quality, and enable timely, trusted insights that support better decisions and improved patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a skilled Health Intelligence team and build enterprise capability.
• Shape contemporary data strategy, platforms and governance.
• Engage widely across the hospital and health precinct to build trust and engagement.
